Basil, 81 - Somerset West

I am a fit 81 year old white male, still running my own professional firm. I lost my wife to medical negligence in 2022 and this devastated me. However I am now ready to move on with life as she would have wanted me to.
My interests are varied from Sport to concerts, reading etc. I enjoy travelling, particularly international cruising. I am currently trying to play the piano again after many years and have just bought a piano. I am also trying the violin but find it very difficult with old fingers (ha ha.)
I am a sociable person and enjoy having friends over to my place for dinner or tea or even sundowners. I am very close to my children and grandchildren and they are a very important part of my life. Life is there to be lived and I want to live it in the time available to me whether it be a short time or a long time. We do not know our lifespan, fortunately.
