"Focus"... knowing who and what you are, conciously living within presence of now. "Communication"... for understanding, because you cannot love what you dont understand. "Trust".... is having the confidence in yourself, that you know who the other person is, in content and context. "Consent"... we all been given freewill, which is to be respected. This is the core.
As for the rest... I have the full compliment of the human condition, and own it to boot!!
