I am ambitious and hardworking and I actually enjoy what I do that is how I have managed to stay focussed by staying productive.
I don't go to an office and I work the hours that I find efficient, I do the bulk of my work at night as I am just not a fan of the day time and I have kind of aapted my life to work when I can be the most productive.
