I am a business Broker, I am Goal orientated and I prioritize work deliverables in a creative environment. I have a Financial, Accounting, Tax and Auditing Background with combined work experience of over 20 years. I started my working Career with Ernst and Young where I completed my articles. I have work experience as a Finance manager, Audit Manager, Company Secretary and Director. I sat on the council of the Vaal University of technology South Africa from 01/01/2014 to 22 September 2017.I was the Chairman of the Finance Committee of council and serve as a committee member of the EXCO, and Governance committee from 01/01/2016 to 22/09/2017. I have experience in business rescue and I am an independent reviewer of financial statements.
I am a Registered Public Accountant, Commissioner of oaths and a member of several Professional Bodies including South African Institute of Professional Accountants. I hold a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree from UNISA and I am currently on my final year of Master of Business Leadership majoring in corporate strategy
