I'm a music, food, whisk(e)y, and wine lover. I enjoy the odd(?) beer or two, but it must be decent beer - I brew my own.

Into science fiction and fantasy books (I read a lot) and movies/TV shows (I've been known to buy a series and watch it at a sitting), various kinds of music - Classical, opera, jazz, and head-banging rock/metal, as well as (especially?) depressing lyrical singers. I'm learning to play the djembe.

Humour - mostly British, I grew up with the Goon show and Monty Python, so it's that kind of stuff.

Oh...and cats...I'm a cat person.

Also, to avoid any issues, please note that I do not "do" religion at all.

I'm looking for a lady to have the odd drink, chat, dinner, and maybe a show with. Intelligent conversation of any kind, even if (especially if?) you disagree with me, is a pre-requisite.
