when a person says she wants a serious relationship. she should be ready to run a relationship company. knowing that u dnt want to make a lose but build profits in it. there are bad days and months, but need both of you innovative thinking and solutions to make it more productive.

both be leaders whom want to know whats on the ground that yo employees are crying abt or strungling to do, and come up with a solution. this make both parties to be happy and have to goal to push happily for greater production.
