Looking to meet someone casually at first obviously, and hoping it may lead to something more serious down the road.

As the Smiths said, I am human and I need to be loved, just like everybody else does. But, on to my own thoughts, I am looking for something pretty serious, but not ready to head down the aisle this month or next. I would like someone who I have enough in common with that we understand each other well and have an easy time communicating and coordinating our lives. I'm not a workaholic, but do believe in working hard at my job. It would be fun to date someone is different in other important ways. For example, I'd be open to any race (including my own), political persuasion, and someone whose personality was a lot different from mine.
